q2: Youths of Mubende Town Council need more technical skills to foster their development. Mubende Technical Services and Contractors has helped to esatablish free technical learning for the helpless children in the area. The organisation has also provided employment opportunities for some of its students as a way of changing their lives. Many orphans who lost their parents due to HIV/AIDS have been helped and given hope by the organisation through giving them skills.

q2: The people of Mubende Council who are termed as low income earners are helped the the organisation of Pearl Mubende town Council to improve on their daily income. The organisation teaches these people how to earn through giving them free advice and new skills how they can run their businesses. In so doing, the organisation has put in place a savings and credit society to help these people save the little they earn and even get loans to develop their businesses.

q2:The HIV/AIDS disaster has hit communities hard. In the year 2005, the organisation known as kamadep engaged it self in awareness programme on HIV/AIDS in iseikuti village in chaptulu sublocation in vihiga. The community health promoters organised a workshop on home based cane to assist community group familities and individuals who are infected or affected by thedleaded disease. About 40 community health concern were Trained and given health promotion skills andequipments.They were employed on practical ways on caring for the infected and ensuring the disease prevented and offect are mitigated thus traininfg helped thecommunity in the village and familiaer affected.
